Who you are calling
Rooter Drain Service is run by Andi Cinari, an owner-operator based at 158 Kennedy Drive in Lodi, New Jersey. He has been working in this trade for over ten years.
Owner-operated means what it sounds like. The person who answers the phone is the person who does the work and the person responsible for it. There is no call centre in another state, no lead being sold on to whoever bids for it, and no script.
What we do
Drains and sewers, residential and commercial:
- Main line clog removal
- Sewer line repair
- Sewer camera inspection
- Hydro jetting
- Toilet and sink drain cleaning
- Floor drain cleaning
That is the list. It is deliberately not longer. A drain and sewer specialist who also claims to do boilers, roofing and remodelling is a lead generator, not a tradesman.
Where we work
Out of Lodi, across Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Union, Morris and Warren counties.
Being based in Lodi is not a marketing line — it means the southern Bergen boroughs and the towns across the Passaic are a few minutes away rather than an hour. The further counties are a genuine drive, and we schedule those rather than pretend otherwise. If you are in Warren County and need somebody within the hour, a local outfit will beat us there, and we will tell you that rather than take the booking.
How we work
We tell you what is actually wrong. If your line needs clearing, it needs clearing. If it has collapsed and clearing it will buy you four months, we will say that instead of selling you four months. Where the honest answer is "this needs looking at with a camera before anyone spends money", that is the answer you will get.
We say when something is not our job. A full septic tank needs a pumping company, not a drain cleaner. A backup that only happens in heavy rain may be the street sewer rather than your lateral. Both of those come up regularly, and in both cases the useful thing we can do is tell you so.
We do not quote buried pipe over the phone. Nobody can price a repair to a line they have not seen. A number given down the phone for a sewer repair is a number that will change, and it will not change downwards.

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A drain that fails overnight does not have to wait for the morning — call when it happens.

When you call, the most useful thing you can tell us is which fixtures are affected and whether water is coming up anywhere. That one sentence usually identifies whether it is a fixture problem or a main line problem before anyone is dispatched, and it is the difference between the right visit and a second one.
